Verve Twin

Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data the Verve Twin founding partner landing page collects, why it is collected, and how it is handled while the platform is in its pre-launch phase.

Last updated: 2026-04-28

Who this applies to

This policy applies to visitors who browse the Verve Twin landing page and to people who submit the founding partner waitlist form.

What we collect

  • Email address
  • Profession and challenge selections
  • Full name
  • Clinic, gym, or training location details
  • Client or training volume range
  • Optional phone or WhatsApp number
  • Required and optional consent selections
  • Technical source information such as page path, source URL, and submission timestamp

How we use the data

We use this information to manage the founding partner waitlist, review demand by audience segment, prioritize onboarding, and communicate directly with people who requested updates or launch access.

We do not use the landing-page waitlist for public profile creation, advertising resale, or unrelated outreach.

Storage and processors

Waitlist submissions are currently stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore for Verve Twin. The active Firestore database for this landing page is configured in the Europe West 3 region.

The landing page is deployed through Firebase Hosting and uses Google infrastructure to serve the app and store submitted waitlist entries.

Sharing

We do not sell waitlist data. Information may be accessed by the Verve founding team and by infrastructure providers used to operate the landing page and waitlist workflow.

Retention

We retain waitlist submissions only for the period needed to operate the founding partner launch, evaluate demand, and complete launch outreach or onboarding. Data that is no longer required for these purposes should be deleted or anonymized in the normal course of launch operations.

Your choices

The optional product-updates checkbox is not required to join the waitlist. The primary consent checkbox is required because it allows Verve to store and process your submission for waitlist management.

Data rights

If you want to access, correct, or delete a waitlist submission, use the direct Verve contact channel provided to you during launch communication. A dedicated public support address should be published before full-scale public acquisition begins.

Operational note: This policy is intended to accurately describe the current landing-page flow and should be reviewed with legal counsel before large-scale paid traffic or multi-market rollout.
